The fees listed above are indicative ranges. The final professional fee for each matter depends on the specific circumstances of the client and the amount of work required.
Fees may vary based on factors such as:
- the complexity of the application
- the completeness and quality of the supporting documents
- any previous visa refusals, character, health, or immigration status issues
- whether urgent work or additional legal research is required
- whether detailed submissions, explanation letters, or third-party communication are needed
- changes in Immigration New Zealand instructions, policy settings, or additional requests during processing
Before we begin work, we will confirm the scope of service and provide a written fee estimate or agreement. Government fees, medical examinations, police certificates, translations, courier fees, and other third-party costs are not included unless specifically stated.
